Business Development Coordinator
We’re in search of an independent self-motivated individual with great communication skills to be our next Business Development Coordinator - a true strategic thinker with the able to multi-task and balance involvement between our business development and strategy teams. Most importantly, we need someone passionate and eager to delve into digital to create and identify new business opportunities.You must be quick on your feet and understand what it means to be a good communicator. You must be authentic, honest and grounded with a solution-oriented mindset. Your involvement with business development and new business will vary from initial cold-call outreach to championing concepts through pitch creation.
A day in the life of the Business Development Coordinator:
- The Hunter: From researching and proactively identifying new business opportunities to scheduling internal business development meetings, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the new business process. You will be responsible for following up on leads, contacting new prospects, identifying conferences and managing our client database.
- The Organizer: You’ll track and coordinate the daily management of all new business activity. You’ll assist in the production of documentation, including pitch decks, proposals, presentations, projects plans, weekly status reports and internal meeting preparation. You’ll be participating in all client meetings and conference calls, preparing meeting recap notes and establishing next steps, making sure the team stays on task and on time.
- The Multi-tasker: You’re charged with keeping the office running smoothly, handling all office managerial tasks from the subscription database to ordering supplies. You’ll be tracking miscellaneous corporate expenses, and coordinating client meals and miscellaneous requests during on site meetings.
