Wallpaper: Tokyo
Octopi have always fascinated me.
The fluidity of their slinking movement and the freakishness of their appearance evokes something almost other worldly.
This wallpaper places the extraterrestrial world of the octopi into a familiar cityscape, juxtaposing the mundane with the bizarre. Add some dynamic lighting and a flying octopod blanketing dreary Tokyo in a bath of vibrant color and you can begin to imagine what goes on in the mind of an AgencyNet designer.
The lineart for the design was laid out in Adobe Illustrator, shading done in Adobe Photoshop, and particles integrated from Adobe After Effects. This design was a lot of fun to work on and I hope you enjoy it.
