AgencyNet launches HowardTV Timeline and takes Dipity to the next level

We recently launched an initiative for long-time client HowardTV showcasing the show’s eventful history. To recap everything-Howard Stern for the past 59 years, we utilized a standards-based web app called Dipity to create a robust live stream timeline for HowardTV.com. Dipity’s visual timelines are composites of RSS feeds from user accounts such as Picasa, Flickr, Twitter, Pandora, WordPress, Last.fm, YouTube and more.  In addition, we collaborated closely with Dipity to push the boundaries of their capabilities, truly integrating the timeline into the HowardTV site with a custom skin and bespoke HTML shell, allowing user comments, and capitalizing on social networks to share the timeline with friends.

Howard’s live radio show has had quite the history filled with controversy, celebrities and mayhem.  Our objective was to create a place where new and old fans alike can share memories and dig through photos, news items and clips, as well as provide the ability to sound off via comments in true Howard Stern-fan fashion.
